3 Simple Steps

  1. When you contact us, we will work with you to determine what kind of website you need.We will discuss the design, layout and options and send an outline of the project. You then need to tell us if you want us to make any changes.
  2. We will then send you a quote and amended design brief
  3. Payment of 50% Deposit constitutes acceptance of our quote and we will begin work within 24 hours of receipt.

How it Works:

  • $500 websites will be completed within 7 days of our receipt of payment to the agreed design brief. (We are not the Bank, please allow up to 3 working days to process payments into our accounts)
  • Domain Names and Hosting - These are additional services we offer our clients to enable ease of ongoing website management (If we host it, we can fix it if it breaks!). Unless stated otherwise, these are not included in our $500 websites, although periodic, time sensitive promotions may apply when these are included (such as the Boss's Birthday!)
  • Domain Names - When we register your domain name we list KissMyWeb.Com as your administrator but all other contact details on the WhoIs.com database will relate to you, The Buyer. We renew your domain name each year automatically unless advised otherwise. Costs for Domain renewal are $55 per year (AUD) If you would prefer to hide these details, there is a $20 annual fee (we don't generate this charge, the registry does!) -  alternatively we can register the domain with us as your agent and include reference to this in your documentation to show actual ownership belongs to you. This incurs a $30 one off fee for the lifetime of your domain name.
  • Hosting - We Provide hosting on an annually renewable basis. Prices are commercially competitive and will be outlined in your design brief.
  • If your website is hosted by another hosting company - Your website will remain hosted on our test servers until payment in full is received. The site will be transferred to your hosting company within 3 business days of receipt of payment.
  • We only host KissMyWeb.Com websites - We do not offer hosting services to the general public. Our server is solely for the use of KissMyWeb.Com, clients and their websites. This allows us to have more control over the security and bandwidth available to our clients.


Our website servers are 100% Australian and securely located in Perth, Brisbane and Sydney.



  1. All completion quotes are only valid for 7 days - Please be aware, because we work to deadlines for each client and sometimes we get busy, we can not promise to meet completion quotes we might have made months previously. (The price will rarely change!) We take pride in "on time delivery" of all our projects.
  2. All accounts are 7 days - Exceptions can be made but must be approved prior to starting the project. Accounts may be paid by direct bank deposit or by credit card if using PayPal
  3. Unpaid accounts - Accounts in arrears more than 30 days will be closed down. Payment of arrears will re-instate your site within 48 hours.
  4. Logo design and copyright - When we design for you, we are working for you. All work completed for you is copyright to you. KissMyWeb.Com and Kiss Simple Services retain the right to use our designs for future promotional purposes only. KissMyWeb.Com and  Kiss Simple Services do not provide additional copyright statements beyond a receipt for the work and this disclaimer unless agreed prior to the start of the project.
  5. All KissMyWeb.Com designs are originals - We do not "resell" site designs, logos or templates.
  6. Community Groups - KissMyWeb.Com sponsors 3 community group websites per year. Please contact us for more information.

  1. $500 Websites include the applicable elements shown on our Pricing Page Only.
  2. $500 Websites do not include Hosting or Domain names unless specified in a periodic or time sensitive promotion
  3. $500 Websites do not include ongoing management, Search Engine Optimisation or Website Promotion
  4. $500 Websites will be online within 7 days of receipt of The Buyers deposit.
  5. $500 Websites will be taken down if final payment is not made within 7 days of website completion

KissMyWeb.Com will *complete your $500 website within 7 days of receipt of your deposit and design brief (including images/logos etc), **to your design specifications or your deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days of the expired deadline.

*  "Complete" means your website is online, available for viewing and fully functioning as outlined in the design brief.

**  "To your design specifications" means the website meets all the guidelines of your website design brief.
